Bondi to Coogee coastal walk!

Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.

The Bondi to Coogee walk extends along the coast for about 6-kilometers from Bondi South to Coogee in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. There are many places that you can stop along the way; for a swim, for drinks or a bite to eat, not to forget the magnificent photo ops. If you decide to walk the return trip; this adventure can easily be drawn out for the whole day. The walk is easygoing and well sign posted, it’s pathed all the way, so you can’t get lost. There are some hills to get the adrendaline flowing but nothing too strenuous.
Starting the trail at Bondi,  you pass the Bondi Icebergs, up to Mackenzies Point for magnificant views back over Bondi Beach. Stroll on past the cliffs to Tamarama and Bronte ; both beautiful Sydney beaches. A board walk along the dramatic coastline passes Waverley Cemetery. This sprawling catacomb covers several acres of the most expensive real estate in Sydney. Eternal  home to a lot very famous Australians including Henry Lawson. The trail leads on to Clovelly & Gordon's Bay then on to Coogee Beach, where you can catch the 353 bus back to Bondi or have a refreshment before starting on the return walk.
Well worth the effort!
